This carefully sourced coffee blend reflects Allpress’ craft roasting approach: balancing sweetness, structure and clarity to create a coffee that is approachable and consistent. This is complimented by Company of Cooks’ mission to serve thoughtful, responsibly sourced food and drink while creating meaningful impact beyond the cup.

Community Blend brings together coffees from two distinctive growing regions.

Brazil Alto Caparaó

At the border of Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, Alto Caparaó’s high altitude farms produce coffees with natural sweetness, bright acidity and notes of caramel and toffee. Smallholder producers cultivate traceable microlots, contributing clarity and structure to the blend.

Colombia Pescador, Cauca

Grown by around 400 smallholder farmers, Pescador coffees offer bright acidity, balanced sweetness and flavours of light chocolate and citrus. Community-led quality improvements such as innovative drying methods - enhance consistency while supporting farmer livelihoods.

Together, these coffees create a smooth, sweet and balanced profile with flavours of caramel, toffee and milk chocolate. Designed to shine as espresso and work beautifully with milk.
