One last blend from Tokyo. Introducing Kiba Blend, created to celebrate 12 years of roasting before we begin our next chapter in Miyota, Nagano.
A celebration of 12 years roasting in our beautiful Tokyo Roastery.
Originally served as the main blend when the Tokyo Roastery first opened, Kiba Blend returns as a celebration of 12 years of roasting in this beautiful space. We've blended two Allpress classics, Brazil Puris and Colombia Pescador, with a distinctive single origin from India.
The Brazil natural and Colombia washed coffees honour the traditions of coffee and the roots of the Allpress brand. The Indian coffee, processed using a thermal shock washed method, looks to the future of coffee and marks the beginning of our next chapter at our new roastery in Miyota, Nagano.
