Colombia Chapolera Pacamara

Hibiscus | Plum | Smooth

Light Roast

A deep understanding of the land, strong relationships with people, and a commitment to great coffee.

Volcanic soil, high altitude, and extreme temperature fluctuations between day and night. The combination of these conditions result in consistent yields throughout the year and coffee with a complex, deeply layered flavour.

This lot was selected from the cupping table of a regional trader, Chapolera. Jali, a member of Chapolera, is a highly skilled barista with national competition wins to his name, yet he carries himself with an easy warmth and openness that naturally draws people to him.
An understanding of the land, meaningful engagement with its people, and a sincere commitment to coffee are all quietly reflected in the beans produced by Chapolera and the people they work with.

Enjoy this coffee with a floral aroma reminiscent of red blossoms and a sweet, refreshing plum-like flavor that delightfully lingers.
