Our May 2026 Subscription Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- This promotion is available for purchases made on our New Zealand , Australia, Singapore, United Kingdom and Japan online stores only.
- From 01/05/2026 - 31/05/2026 customers will receive 20% off on the first three orders of any new Flexible subscription purchased during the promotional period.
- The 20% off discount will apply to a products RRP and will not be stacked on-top of our standard 10% off discount. At check out this will be reflected as a further discount on the already reduced RRP price.
- To claim this offer, customers must purchase a new flexible subscription with the first order delivered during the promotional period. Any pre-existing subscriptions or new subscription purchases created outside of the promotional period will be deemed ineligible for this offer.
- This promotion can not be applied to any pre-existing coffee subscriptions and excludes both prepaid subscription products as well as coffee subscriptions purchased using an office account discount.
- This promotion is eligible on Flexible subscriptions only and includes Fresh coffee and Specialty capsules only.
- This promotion is not eligible on prepaid subscriptions or purchase of a machine + subscription bundle and can not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
- This promotion does not include any orders from pre-existing subscriptions that are placed or billed during the promotional period.
- The 20% offer can only be claimed on orders generated between May 1st 2026 and December 31st 2026. After this date, all future subscription orders will revert to our standard 10% discount, regardless of order count.
