Founded in 2019, Mara Coffee is introducing coffee as a sustainable cash crop in a region where the Masai community has traditionally been pastoralist. Alongside producing exceptional coffee, the farm operates its own nursery, supplying saplings to neighbouring farmers and supporting the long-term growth of coffee production across the area.
This lot is naturally processed, with ripe cherries carefully handpicked, barrel-fermented, and dried on raised beds. Each stage is meticulously sorted by hand, resulting in a clean, expressive coffee that reflects both the care taken in processing and the potential of this emerging origin.
