Competition to win one of three Moccamaster Classic 1.25L Coffee Machines + a 3-month Allpress Espresso Coffee Subscription (“Promotion”).

1. Promoters

The promoters are:

(collectively, the "Promoters").

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 1 July 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 30 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoters and not at the time of transmission.

3. Eligibility + How to Enter

The Promotion is open to natural persons resident in Australia aged 18 years and over (“Eligible Entrants”).

Employees, contractors and immediate families of the Promoters, their related entities and any agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.

To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, locate the Promoters’ online entry page (which will be advertised via Meta, Instagram or other social media platforms), fill out the online entry form by providing all requested information and submit.

Failure to complete and submit the entry form during the Promotion Period will exclude participants from the Promotion.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.

Once an entry is submitted, entrants acknowledge that their entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoters).

4. Prize Details

There will be three(3) prize(s) awarded. Each prize consist of:

• Moccamaster Classic 1.25L Machine(colour of your choice) – valued at $560AUD
• A voucher code for one 3 Month Allpress Espresso Coffee Subscription, valued at $308 AUD

Each Prize is valued at $868 AUD.

The total prize pool is valued at $2,604 AUD.

Prize values are correct as of 26 June 2026.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

Promotional images may not reflect the actual prize items. The Promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The subscription prize is redeemable within Australia only and remains subject to the standard subscription terms and conditions of Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd.

5. Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place at Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd, 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW 2017 at 10:30am AEST on Friday 31 July 2026.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, using a random number generator application of the Promoters’ choosing.

The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each receive one (1) prize.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.

Winners must respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified.If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, is deemed ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with Clause 7.

7. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the offices of Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd, 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW 2017 at 10:30am AEST on Monday 17 August 2026.

The winner(s) of any unclaimed prize draw will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries using a random number generator application of the Promoters’ choosing.

Winner(s) of any unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in the same manner as the original draw.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided by Eligible Entrants will be collected and used by the Promoters for the purpose of conducting and administering the Promotion, including contacting winners and fulfilling prizes.

The Promoters may collect entrants’ personal information directly or through its agents or contractors.The Promoters will use Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion.The Promoters may disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting the Promotion, communicating with entrants or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia.

By entering, all Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoters keeping the personal information of Eligible Entrants on the Promoters’ databases to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting Eligible Entrants by electronic messaging provided that, where required by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Promoters include a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends the Eligible Entrant notifying the Eligible Entrants that they may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021 (Cth).

By entering, all Eligible Entrants consent to receiving email or SMS messages from the Promoters without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of the Promotion.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoters' privacy policies, including:

Eligible Entrants acknowledge that their entries and their name, locality, username and/or profile photograph (if applicable) may be used for promotional purposes on the and available for public viewing during the Promotional Period and in perpetuity (unless otherwise requested) without compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Promoters, their associated agencies and companies exclude all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to the Promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, the Promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
2. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
3. lost or damaged entries, Prize claims or Prize(s); and/or
4. acceptance and/or use of any Prize.

Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in relation to any applicable warranty claims relating to the Prizes.

10. Social media platforms

By entering into, and/or participating in and/or reading about the Promotion through Meta, Instagram or any other social media platform, Eligible Entrants:

1. agree to comply with the terms of use for the social media platform;
2. release the social media platform from all claims based on, related to or arising from the Promotion; and
3. acknowledge and agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or affiliated with the social media platform.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to Eligible Entrants, or any other participant, resulting from entering into, and/or participating in, the Promotion, including any loss, damage or injury arising from any material published, or any comments made, by third parties about the Eligible Entrant, or any other participant, on any social media platform in connection with the Promotion.

11. Disqualification

The Promoters reserve their rights to:

1. disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, incorrectly submitted or otherwise tampered with;
2. to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner;
3. remove duplicate entries and retain only the first valid entry received from an Eligible Entrant; and
4. request verification of any information relevant to entry into, and/or participation in, the Promotion in respect of the Eligible Entrant, including, but not limited to, verification of the Eligible Entrant’s age, identity, address, social media profile.

The decision by the Promoters to accept or reject an entry is in the Promoters’ sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. General

If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned and administration of the Promotion is affected, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or other subject matter of these terms and conditions, are governed by, and will be construed in compliance with, the laws of Victoria Australia and the parties agree that the courts of Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
