Promotion to win one(1) La Marzocco Home Linea Mini espresso machines and a 3 month Allpress Espresso Coffee subscription(“Promotion”).
1. Promoter
The promoter is Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 16 088 087 807, of 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW, 2017; Phone: +61(02) 9662 8228; Email: coffee@allpressespresso.com.au
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Monday 17 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AESTon Sunday 13 September 2026(“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission.
3. Eligibility and How to Enter
The Promotion is open to natural persons aged 18 years or over who are residents of Australia, excluding residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory ("Eligible Entrants").
Employees, contractors and immediate families of the Promoter, their related entities and any agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. Residents of South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, locate the Promoter's online entry page(which will be advertised via Meta, Instagram or other social media platforms), fill out the online entry form by providing all requested information. Failure to complete and submit the entry form during the Promotion Period will exclude participants from the Promotion. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification from the Promotion.Entry is limited to one(1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted.
Once an entry is submitted, entrants acknowledge that their entry may not be withdrawn, altered or deleted (except as and where required by the Promoter).
4. Prize
There will be one(1) prize awarded. The prize consists of:
- One(1) White La Marzocco Home Linea Mini espresso machine (https://au.lamarzoccohome.com/product/linea-mini/) valued at RRP $8,999
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- One(1) voucher code for a 3-month Allpress Espresso Coffee Subscription (https://allpress.com/en-au/shop/prepaid-subscriptions/prepaid-coffee-subscription-monthly), valued at $225 RRP.
(“Prize”).
The Prize is valued at $9,224 AUD.The total prize pool is valued at $9,224 AUD.Prize values are correct as of 6 August 2026.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.Promotional images may not reflect the actual prize items. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
The subscription prize is redeemable within Australia only and remains subject to the standard subscription terms and conditions of Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd.
5. Prize Draw
The prize draw will take place at Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd, 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW 2017 at 10:30am AEST on Monday 14 September 2026.The Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, using a random number generator application of the Promoter’s choosing.The first one(1) valid entry drawn will receive one(1) prize.
6. Winner Notification
The Winner will be notified via email and/or phone within one(1) business day of the draw.The Winner must respond to claim their prize within fourteen(14) days of being notified. If the Winner does not respond within fourteen(14) days, is deemed ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw in accordance with Clause 7.
7. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the offices of Allpress Espresso Australia Pty Ltd, 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW 2017 at 10:30am AEST on Monday 28 September 2026.The Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries using a random number generator application of the Promoter’s choosing.The Winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be contacted in the same manner as the original draw.
8. Privacy
Personal information provided by Eligible Entrants will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting and administering this Promotion, including contacting the Winner and fulfilling prizes.The Promoter may collect entrants’ personal information directly or through its agents or contractors. The Promoter will use Eligible Entrants’ personal information to conduct and manage the Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Eligible Entrants’ personal information to its related companies, agents and contractors to assist in conducting this promotion, communicating with entrants or storing data. This may include disclosures to organisations outside Australia.
By entering, all Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter keeping the personal information of Eligible Entrants on the promoter's databases to use for future marketing purposes, including contacting Eligible Entrants by electronic messaging provided that, where required by the Spam Act 2003(Cth), the Promoter includes a functional unsubscribe facility in each direct marketing communication it sends the Eligible Entrant notifying the Eligible Entrants that they may use to opt-out of any further such communications and provided that the functional unsubscribe facility complies with the Spam Regulations 2021(Cth).
By entering, all Eligible Entrants consent to receiving email or SMS messages from the Promoter without any functional unsubscribe facility if they relate primarily to the conduct of the Promotion. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter's privacy policies, including:
9. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter, their associated agencies and companies exclude all liability(including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law(including any applicable Consumer Guarantee under the Consumer Laws), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to:
- technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this Promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- lost or damaged entries, Prize claims or Prize(s); and/or
- acceptance and/or use of any Prize.
Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in relation to any applicable warranty claims relating to the Prizes.
10. Social media platforms
By entering into, and/or participating in and/or reading about this Promotion through Meta, Instagram or any other social media platform, Eligible Entrants:
- agree to comply with the terms of use for the social media platform;
- release the social media platform from all claims based on, related to or arising from the Promotion; and
- acknowledge and agree that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or affiliated with the social media platform.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to Eligible Entrants, or any other participant, resulting from entering into, and/or participating in, this Promotion, including any loss, damage or injury arising from any material published, or any comments made, by third parties about the Eligible Entrant, or any other participant, on any social media platform in connection with this Promotion.
11. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves their right to:
- disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, incorrectly submitted or otherwise tampered with;
- to disqualify any Eligible Entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a fraudulent, dishonest or disruptive manner;
- remove duplicate entries and retain only the first valid entry received from an Eligible Entrant; and
- request verification of any information relevant to entry into, and/or participation in, the Promotion in respect of the Eligible Entrant, including, but not limited to, verification of the Eligible Entrant’s age, identity, address, social media profile.
The decision by the Promoter to accept or reject an entry is in the promoter's sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. General
If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned and administration of the Promotion is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or other subject matter of these terms and conditions, are governed by, and will be construed in compliance with, the laws of Victoria Australia and the parties agree that the courts of Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction.
