Burka Estate strives to guard the local biome, nurture Burka Forest, and restore Burka Hill.
This eco-friendly care extends directly to production: freshly picked cherries reach the mill within six hours to be sorted, graded, and gently stripped of mucilage before soaking. Water comes from Mondul’s natural spring and gets recycled responsibly into seepage pits, while leftover cherry pulp is fed to worms to create rich, organic fertiliser for the next harvest.
