Ecuador - Nelson Salinas

Rose | Dried Mango | Brown Sugar

Light Roast

One of the coffee world's most sought-after varieties.

The exceptional quality of this lot is especially impressive considering it is the first harvest from Nelson Salina’s new farm, Caxarumi. After relocating to a smaller plot nearer to his home, Nelson has produced a standout example of the prized Sidra variety.

Expect a very clean and super complex cup. If you know and love Gesha lots, this one is for you.

The World Coffee Research notes that Sidra may actually be a collective name for several distinct varieties, a common occurrence in regions without formal seed regulation.
