Here's everything you need to know about Subscription Loyalty
These terms and conditions (and any other pages on the website and other documents referred to in these terms and conditions) ('Terms and Conditions’) set out the legal terms that apply to your participation in Allpress Subscription Loyalty (SL). Please note that by participating in ASL, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
When we refer to 'you' or 'your' we mean you, the person participating in SL. Where we refer to 'we', 'us' or 'our' we mean Allpress Espresso International Ltd, the provider of SL. We are a company registered in New Zealand under company number 959243 and our NZBN number is 9429037589301. Our registered office is at Brown Mills Building, Adelaide Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland, 1010.
These terms and conditions supplement our website terms and conditions and our privacy and cookies policy, which you can find in the footer on every page of our website. These terms and conditions apply to any purchases you make as part of a subscription on allpress.com, any of its sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf (together, the 'websites' and 'website' being a reference to any one of them).
1) SL Participation
To qualify for, and to participate in, SL you must be aged 18 years or over.
You will be automatically enrolled in this loyalty programme as soon as you create a registered coffee subscription on Allpress.com.
If you opt to close or erase your Allpress account, all SL value will be removed from your account and you will lose your SL tier status. If you later choose to opt-in, your SL participation will reset from the date on which you opt back in, as if you are a new participant.
We're currently unable to merge Allpress subscriptions where multiple email addresses have been used to create accounts. If you have multiple Allpress accounts, we can migrate your order history and Access spend to your selected primary account. For support on this, please contact our Customer Service team.
"Check your subscription dashboard for updates on your tier and rewards. You can find your subscription dashboard in your Allpress account. Make sure you're subscribed to our push and email notifications, so we can send you updates about your SL membership. You can check and update your communication preferences by contacting our customer service team."
Office Account use (for example purchasing a subscription using an office discount) of SL is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, at the point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether an account is business use.
2) Eligible Purchases
Once you create your Allpress subscription, you will be set in our Entry tier and after you reach the required spend limits, you will receive extra rewards. Upgrades of Tiers will happen once SL value is acquired. SL value is acquired by making a subscription purchase through Allpress.com. SL value will be calculated based on the monetary amount that is paid by you for an order. A SL eligible purchase ('Eligible Purchase’) does not include any value attributed to a purchase (or part of a purchase) made using gift vouchers, promo codes or import/export costs. We have sole discretion over determining which purchases are Eligible Purchases for purposes of the SL.
Value can only be earned on Eligible Purchases (which are not returned or cancelled). Value acquired will be applied to your account within 30 days after your last purchase. We may amend such period at our sole discretion at any time without notice.
3) Tiers
The tier threshold values may be communicated to you from time to time and are also available on our website.
The tier threshold relates to the monetary value we use to define the 4 Loyalty tiers. This threshold, along with your annual spend on Allpress Subscriptions, is used to determine your Loyalty tier. At the start of a new 12 month period, any subscription spend outside of this window will be reset to zero.
Once you have accrued enough value to take you to the next tier, and the value of any Eligible Purchases have been applied to your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we will automatically move you up (extending the benefits of your new tier for another 12 months).
There is no cap on the value that can be earned in any SL Period but we may review and amend the benefits, caps and tier thresholds at our sole discretion at any time.
Each tier unlocks a different set of rewards, such as exclusive discounts, free items and free shipping. Each reward is subject to additional and specific terms and conditions.
Spend value is calculated based on your payment currency. Certain calculations may be subject to foreign exchange fluctuations, applied at Allpress' discretion. SL value cannot be transferred to another customer’s account.
4) Other Important Information
You should ensure that the contact information on your Allpress account is accurate and up-to-date. We will not be responsible for any SL value which is not applied to your account as a result of inaccurate details provided by you.
SL value has no monetary value, cannot be transferred, bought, sold, in any way or traded or used to purchase products on the website.
You understand and agree that we may use data from your Allpress account, in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy, for the purposes of analysis and so that specific recommendations and offers may be made to you.
You can update your email communication preferences by contacting our customer service team. Alternatively, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of our promotional emails.
In the event that we determine there has been business use or any abuse of the SL by you, we can take any action we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including closing or suspending your Allpress account and/or downgrading your tier.
We reserve the right to refuse, close or merge additional Allpress accounts at any time. We may cancel, withdraw or alter these terms and conditions and Allpress Subscription Loyalty programme/benefits at any time without notice.
