This washed lot combines coffee cherries from Augustina, Mauro and Betty Villanueva; each processing their own, with slight variations in fermentation times and varieties grown. The result, showcases some of the best Cajamarca has to offer.


Augustina and her family are back on the menu with their always clean and juicy Peruvian lot. This is the third year we source this lot through the Peruvian importer Cultivar.

Augustina & Familia - Washed

Agustina and her family are from Huabal, Cajamarca region. Settled between 1700 and 2000 meters above sea level, Huabal is home to cloudy forests which provide water to nearby rivers and streams and are the habitat of a diverse flora and fauna.


Our importer Cultivar has been working in this part of Cajamarca since the beginning, having built loyal and solid relationships with certain groups of farmers. In the last few years, this region has stood out for the quality of its coffees. This is all due to its ideal geographical and climatic characteristics as well as the dedication of its producers.
