We have bought and featured this lot for three years straight in the United Kingdom, building a strong relationship with a lot of help from Laura and William at Minga who are responsible for the export and import of this coffee.


Edier Vargas' Pink Burbon is one of our absolute favourite coffees in our Single Origin series. This lot has been processed through a 50-hour aerobic fermentation in cherry plus a 50-hour aerobic fermentation after being depulped. The result is an excellent cup with strong notes of Raspberry Jam, Apricot and Cola.

Edier bought this 1-hectare plot in 2017, when he saw the opportunity to grow quality coffee at a very high elevation. He ensures production and processing are held to the highest quality standards, by doing all the work himself, with the help of his three other siblings.
