We’ve once again worked closely with Agri Evolve to source this fine extended fermentation natural lot from the Mbata community, who grow the ripest cherries in the foothills of the Rwenzoris.
Expect an extra fruity, sweet, and complex lot, from a region that simply excels at this type of cup profile. Mbata has been processed carefully with a special selection of 'over-ripe' cherries.
