Your classic Flat White and Long Blacks can be ordered everywhere you go. Of course, you’ll have your favourite barista and favourite roaster that helps your decision-making, but what happens when there’s a drink made in a way that can’t be replicated elsewhere?
That’s the idea of a Signature Drink. And we’ve got a few that are new additions to our café menu.
Our Signature Drinks take the coffee you know and give it a little more to play with. Made with a base of Allpress Espresso, they’re rich, inventive and always built around great flavour.
They’re a step up from your regular coffee, but still very much Allpress.
And they won’t be here forever. We’ll be rotating our Signature Drinks with the seasons, bringing new flavours and combinations to the menu throughout the year.
But as a sneak peek, here’s what you have to look forward to:
Mont Blanc
Rich cold brew meets orange spice syrup, finished with a cloud of vanilla cold foam. Think creamy, citrusy, and seriously moreish.
Coconut Matcha Cloud
Refreshing coconut water topped with a vibrant matcha cloud. Light, creamy and made for warmer days.
Ube Halo
Layers of ube and matcha, finished with a cloud of coconut foam. A little bit unexpected, in the best way.
Espresso Honey Soda
Honey, sparkling soda and a shot of espresso come together for a bright, refreshing take on your daily caffeine hit.
Dirty Espresso
Chilled vanilla cream meets a fresh espresso pour.
Malt Blanc
A malted twist on the Mont Blanc, with malt-flavoured cream and a dusting of chocolate powder on top.
Espresso Tonic
Tonic water, fresh espresso and a hit of citrus. Bright, bitter, bubbly and built for warm-weather sipping.
