Allpress Manchester Fortnightly Runs

Allpress Run Club - a twice-monthly Thursday morning run club in which social pace and post-run coffee, croissants and connection are the priority.

The run is 5km (road shoes/any shoes you have will work just fine)

When

We meet on the FIRST & THIRD Thursday of the month. Our July dates are below.

On the day timing
0730 - meet and drop bags
0745 - depart for social 5km (no one left behind)
0815-20 ish - return to Allpress cafe for free coffee and Companio Bakery pastry

Participation Fee
Free. No need to sign up. Just turn up. Being a friend, bring your dog, bring a buggy.

Additional Information

• Please come in appropriate athletic clothing.
• Water will be provided before the run begins, but please bring your own drinks if needed.
• You can leave your luggage at the roastery upon arrival. (Please manage your valuables yourself.)
